Sefalana, the Botswanan retail and distribution conglomerate, has opened its 23rd Shopper supermarket. In total Sefalana has 67 cash and carry and retail outlets, including 16 in Namibia. It also operates as a wholesale business in Lesotho and Zambia.
The new store anchors the Mahube Mall in Kanye, a town 83km southwest of Gaborone and has a population of around 50,000. It now means Sefalana has 3 outlets in the town – two supermarkets and a cash and carry.
