Pick n Pay franchise in Swaziland changes ownership, seeks expansion

Pick n Pay’s Swazi franchise has been bought by African Alliance (AA) and Greystone Partners. The holding company for the new partnership is called called Lojaf (Pty) Limited. African Alliance holds a 65% stake and Greystone holds a 35% stake.

Pick n Pay has four stores in Swaziland: two in Matsapha, at Manzini and in Mbabane. African Alliance is seeking to open three more Pick n Pay stores within the next two years, in Manzini, Mbabane and Marlkens.
