Ethiopian supermarket operator Safeway has opened its fifth store in the country. The new store is in the Gerji Mebrat Hayle area of Addis Ababa. Its other stores are at CMC, Lebu, Bole Atlas as well as its collaboration with Total in the service station operator’s Café Bonjour forecourt retail outlet.
Safeway is also planning to open two more stores imminently, in Summit (Addis Ababa) and Legetafo.
